Hey!

Yes, I went there last summer. It’s true that it rains and then it “floods”, but it’s only a thin layer of water. And it’s awesome when it happens, because it is as if all the ground was a giant mirror reflecting the sky. You look at the horizon and you can’t say where sky ends and ground begins, and then you think it’s the most beautiful view you’ve ever had in your life.

I just don’t know how is it when it IS raining, and how often it happens. I had no problem with this, so I think it’s just a matter of checking the weather forecast a week before. And also very important: bring slippers, because salt will be too wet for your shoes and too harsh for your feet.
